Subject: Election of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the members of the Audit Committee of CI GAMES SE
The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs that on 12 April 2023 the first meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Company after its transformation into a European company was held, at which the Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Mr. Marcin Garlinski as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
In addition, the Supervisory Board of the Company elected the following members to the Audit Committee on 12 April 2023: Mr Artur Osuchowski – Chairman of the Audit Committee, Mr Marcin Garliński – Member of the Audit Committee, Mr Adam Niewiński – Member of the Audit Committee. The Audit Committee, with the indicated composition, meets the independence criteria and the requirements set out in Article 129 of the Act on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Supervision of 11 May 2017.
Information on the education, qualifications and positions previously held, together with a description of the career history of the above-mentioned persons, was made public in current report No. 11/2023 of 8 February 2023.
