16th August 2022, London.

CI Games (CIG) today announced the appointment of two new senior hires in Jon Tibble and Kirsty Moore, strengthening its leadership team as the company enters a pivotal moment in its growth. Following a hugely successful 2021 with the release of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, Eldest Souls and Tails of Iron, the company is focused on developing existing and brand new AAA IP as it continues to elevate itself to the next level in all areas of the business.

Jon Tibble will join CI Games as Vice President of Global Sales. Jon brings a wealth of experience from almost 20 years in the games industry, including relaunching the F1 series at Codemasters as Director of Sales, as well as working on numerous Activision Blizzard titles such as World of Warcraft, Diablo, Crash Bandicoot & Spyro.

“I am delighted to be joining the team at CI Games,” said Jon. “There is a great passion and professionalism amongst the people here, and as we all know great games start with great people. The vision set out by Marek Tymiński and the board is clear, the portfolio of products is extremely strong, and the future objectives, though challenging, demonstrate confidence – all of which I welcome. It’s an exciting time to join CI Games.”

Kirsty Moore steps into the role of HR Director following almost two years at Rebellion and over a decade of experience in HR. A key role as CIG continues to expand, Kirsty will lead on a range of new initiatives  to benefit existing staff, as well as build out CIG’s strategy of attracting the best talent in the industry.

“I’m excited to be part of the next chapter in the CI Games journey” said Kirsty. “I look forward to working with the management and executive team in moving the business positively forward and I can’t wait to be a part of its continued success. There’s already a great team here which has developed so much over the last two years – the most successful in the company’s history. I look forward to helping guide that talent to even greater success.”

CI Games CEO, Marek Tyminski, made the following statement on the new hires:

“We have been steadily developing our leadership team at CI Games and we’re pleased to publicly welcome Jon and Kirsty to the company. Each brings a huge amount of knowledge to their roles and will be essential as we continue to build our brand and gaming output in the years ahead.”
