Current report 5/2020

Subject: Communication concerning digital sales of the game Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts in comparison with Sniper Ghost Warrior 3

The global digital sales of the SGWC game in the period of November and December of 2019, including all pre-orders placed and completed, has been higher by 24% than sales of the SGW3 game in the analogical period of April and May of 2017. The estimated sales of the SGWC game in the next three months (January – March 2020) is higher by 48% in comparison with sales of the SGW3 game in the analogical period of three months (June – August 2017). The Management Board of the Company, on the basis of this and other data, and taking into account the digital channels, expects a higher level of sales of the SGWC in comparison with the SGW3 both in the short- and in the long-term perspective. The Company has estimated that at the end of February of this year, the level of 50% of resale to end customers has been achieved out of the volume introduced on the global market with some small promotional pricing actions on selected markets. The total sales of the SGWC in terms of quantity in physical channels has been lower than the sales of SGW3. In the opinion of the Management Board, this is due, among other things, to the growing share of games in digital channels in comparison with physical copies, in particular, in the so-called mid-price AA category of games. The Company has recognized resale in physical channels as satisfactory and enabling the Company fully to plan subsequent game premieres using these channels, at the same time predicting a gradual decrease in the share of this channel and increase in the share of digital distribution in the Company’s global sales volumes. This information has been recognized as confidential due to its substantial significance for the Company. Legal basis: art. 17 section 1 in association with art. 7 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
