“Notification of acquisition of shares by person performing managerial duties”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that today, the Company received, in accordance with art. 19 section 1 of the MAR regulation, a notification from the President of the Management Board of the Company – Mr. Marek Tymiński on acquisition of shares of the Company (“the Notification”).
The text of the Notification constitutes an appendix to this report.
Legal basis: art. 19 section 3 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
