Sale of shares of City Interactive S.A. by a member of the Supervisory Board The Management Board of City Interactive S.A.
hereby informs that today the Company was notified by a Supervisory Board Member that on September 28, 2009 he concluded 4 sale transactions of Company shares of 5,000 shares each:
1. sale of 3,828 Company shares at PLN 4.60 per share,
2. sale of 256 Company shares at PLN 4.42 per share,
3. sale of 2,700 Company shares at PLN 4.41per share,
4. sale of 5,166 Company shares at PLN 4.40per share.
In total 11,950 Company shares were sold, at an average prices of PLN 4.46 per share.
The person obliged to communicate the information did not consent to disclosure of personal data.
