Subject: Estimated consolidated financial data for III quarter 2021

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) after reviewing the preliminary financial data for the III quarter 2021, hereby announces that the estimated consolidated sales revenues of CI Games Capital Group S.A. for III quarter of 2021 amounted to PLN 30.2 mln and the estimated consolidated net profit for III quarter 2021 amounted to PLN 9.8 mln.
Legal basis: Article 17 Section 1 in connection with article 7 Section 1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR).
