“Submission of resignation by Member of the Supervisory Board”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs, that today, that is on Friday, October 5, 2018, Mr. Mariusz Sawoniewski resigned from his function of the Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board. In his resignation Mr. Mariusz Sawoniewski stated that his resignation is dictated by personal reasons that prevent him from proper performance of the entrusted function.
Pursuant to the provision of article 369 § 5 as read with article 386 § 2 of the Code of Commercial Companies, the mandate of Mr. Mariusz Sawoniewski expires as of Friday, October 5, 2018.
Legal basis: § 9 as read with § 5 item 4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of Thursday, March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
