Termination of a significant agreement In relation to the current report No. 22/2009 dated 15.05.2009, the Management Board of City Interactive S.A.
hereby informs, that yesterday, i.e. on September 2009, an agreement was reached with the MINDHABITS INS. company with its seat in Montreal, Canada, on the strength of which the licensing agreement for the publishing of the “MindTraining: Think Positive” game for the portable video console Nintendo DS was terminated.
At the same time, City Interactive S.A. retained the right to publish this game in a PC version.
