“Admission and introduction to exchange trade of 10,833,025 rights to ordinary bearer series H shares of CI Games S.A.”

The Management Board of the Company CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that today it received from the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (“GPW”) (Warsaw Stock Exchange) a resolution no. 668/2019 of June 3, 2019, on the admission and introduction to trading on the Main Market of GPW of ordinary bearer series H shares of CI Games S.A. (“Resolution”). In line with this resolution, the rights to series H shares issued by the Company in the amount of 10,833,025 (ten million eight hundred thirty three thousand twenty five) of nominal value PLN 0.01 each, are admitted to trading on parallel market on the day of their registration by Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych (“KDPW”) (Central Securities Depository of Poland). The rights to series H shares will be introduced to trading on the parallel market on July 5, 2019, provided that they will be registered by KDPW at the latest till July 5, 2019, and marked with PLCTINT00091 code. The information on the registration of the abovementioned rights to series H shares in KDPW can be found in the current report of the Management Board of the Company no. 20/2019 dated June 26, 2019.

The rights to series H shares will be traded in the continuous quotation system under the abbreviated name “CIGAMES-PDA” and “CIGA” marking.

The Resolution of the Management Board of GPW enters into force on the day of its adoption.

Detailed legal basis: Article 17 (1)(2) of the ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 19, 2018, on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
