“Making a decision on the cancellation of the intention to issue bonds by Cl Games S.A.”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that today, that is on December 15, 2016, it decided on cancelling the intention to issue the bonds, about which the Management Board of the Company informed in the current report no. 20/2016 of November 28, 2016. The Management Board’s decision is related, among others, to the contest results announced on December 14, 2016. The applications submitted by the Company for the sector programme contest GameINN were chosen for funding for the amount exceeding PLN 7.3 million (seven million three hundred thousand zlotys).
Currently the Company focuses on finishing the production and release of the game titled “Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3” and continues conceptual works on the game titled “Lords of the Fallen 2”, the production of which shall start in the second quarter of 2017.
This information was classified by the Management Board as a confidential information due to the very likely high influence of the information on the assessment of the financing policy of the Company.
