Subject: Change in publication date of the Company’s periodic report

The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) with reference to the current report number 2/2021 dated 28th January 2021 hereby informs that it has decided to change the date of publication of the Company’s periodic report for the first half of 2021.
The consolidated semiannual report for 2021, originally scheduled for publication on 31st August 2021, will instead be published on 2nd September 2021.
The reported change in the publication date of the semiannual report for 2021 is a consequence of the decision of the Management Board of the Company to publish periodic reports in Polish and also in English language at the same time.
The remaining dates and information indicated in the current report number 2/2021 remain unchanged.
