The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (”Company”) hereby informs, that today i.e. on October 9, 2015 a notification from the President of the Management Board of the Company, Mr Marek Tymiński, was delivered to the Company, dated October 8, 2015, on the acquisition of Company’s shares made by Mr Marek Tymiński. According to the abovementioned notification, Mr Marek Tymiński, as a result of the transaction on a regulated market dated October 7, 2015 acquired in total 10,000 of shares of the Company of total value PLN 204,391.99. The average purchase price per share amounted to PLN 20.44. As a result of the abovementioned transaction, Mr Marek Tymiński now holds 6,366,357 shares of the Company, which amounts to 45.75% of total number of votes in the Company and gives the right to exercise the voting rights of 6,336,357 shares of the Company at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
