The management board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (”Company”) hereby informs that yesterday, that is on September 10, 2015 the Company entered into a distribution agreement with the Company Koch Media GmbH. The subject of the contract is the distribution of the game “Sniper Ghost Warrior3” in the following countries: Germany, France, Spain, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and Portugal (”Agreement”). The relevant provisions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly being in use, common for the provisions of these kinds of agreements. The Agreement has been considered significant on the date of its conclusion, as the value of the subject of the Agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of the Company. Legal basis: §9 regarding §5 (1) (3) of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State.
