The Management Board of CI Games S.A., with its registered seat in Warsaw (“Company”) would like to inform that the shareholders holding at least 5% of votes in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on September 7, 2015 (EGMS) included: 1) Marek Tymiński, with 6,356,357 votes in EGMS for 6,356,357 shares. This constituted 80.73% of votes in the said EGMS and 45.68% of the total number of votes in the Company; 2) PZU SFIO Universum, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Akcji Krakowiak, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Stabilnego Wzrostu Mazurek, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Akcji Małych i Średnich Spółek, PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy Subfundusz PZU Zrównoważony, PZU SFIO Globalnych Inwestycji Subfundusz PZU Akcji Spółek Dywidendowych, represented by Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU S.A., having the total number of 1,172,112 votes for 1,172,112 shares. This constituted 14.89% of votes in the said EGMS and 8.42% in the total number of votes in the Company.
