The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby announces that the sole shareholder at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28 April 2015 (the “OGMS”), holding at least 5% of votes at the OGMS, was Mr. Marek Tymiński. Mr. Marek Tymiński held 6,356,357 shares entitling to 6,356,357 votes accounting for 85.18% of the votes at the OGMS and 45.68% of the total number of votes in the Company.
