The Management Board of CI Games S.A. announces that it received today confirmation from the National Depository for Securities (KDPW) of the complete and timely buy-back of series E bonds. The Issuer has thus fulfilled all commitments towards bondholders who had subscribed for series E bonds, the issue of which was announced by the Issuer in current report 35/2013. The total value of the series E buy-back was PLN 5 703 000 (in words: five million seven hundred three thousand zlotys).
