Acting pursuant to art. 70 sec. 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offerings and the terms for introducing financial instruments to an organized trading system and on public companies, the Management Board of CI Games S.A. announces that on October 29, 2014 the Company received notification from QUERCUS TFI S.A., acting on behalf of one of the funds under its management – QUERCUS Parasolowy SFIO (the “Fund”), concerning a reduction by the Fund, acting on its own, of its stake in the total number of voting rights in CI Games S.A. and a decrease below the 5% threshold of voting rights in the Company. The Fund’s decrease below the 5% voting rights threshold took place following a sale of shares on the regulated market on October 27, 2014. Prior to the change, the Fund held 719 183 shares of the Company, which constituted 5.17% of the Issuer’s share capital and 5.17% of voting rights at its general meeting. As of October 27, 2014, the Fund held 692 523 shares of the Issuer, which constituted 4.98% of the Company’s share capital and 4.98% of voting rights at its general meeting.
