List of shareholders with over 5% of votes at the EGM Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. hereby publishes the list of shareholders with at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, which was convened on May 7, 2009:
Mr Marek Tymiński – having 7,233,704 votes at the EGM, constituting 84.84% of votes at the EGM and 57.69% of the total number of votes.
PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. managing funds of PKO/CREDIT SUISSE – a having a total number of 667,030 votes at the EGM, constituting 7.83% of votes at the EGM and 5.32% of the total number of votes.
Mr Michał Sokolski – having 525,771 votes at the EGM, constituting 6.17% of votes at the EGM and 4.19% of the total number of votes.
