hereby informs that on 2 March 2009 Mr Krzysztof Bujak resigned from his position of a Board Member. On the same day, a meeting of the Company’s Supervisory Board was held who passed a resolution in the matter of appointing a new Member of the Board, Mr Bartosz Duzinkiewicz. Mr Bartosz Duzinkiewicz was appointed to the position of the Company’s Financial Director. Mr Bartosz Duzinkiewicz has higher education in economy. He graduated from the Department of Economics of the Economic Academy in Poznań and also from an Executive MBA postgraduate program in the Wielkopolska Business School together with Nottingham Trent University. Mr Bartosz Duzinkiewicz has broad experience in managing company finance and in recent years was appointed as Financial Director at RUG RIELLO Urządzenia Grzewcze S.A. and subsequently as Board Member for Finance at Zakłady Chemiczne ZACHEM S.A.
