Subject: Acquisition of shares by person performing managerial duties
Legal basis: Art. 19 section 3 of the MAR – information on transactions executed by persons performing managerial duties.
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that on July 6th, 2020, the Company received a notification of acquisition of shares of the Company by Mr. Marcin Garliński – member of the Management Board of the Company.
The text of this notification constitutes an appendix to this report.
