„Information on estimated sales results for the 1st half of year 2020 and the amount of own funds of the CI GAMES Capital Group”
The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby informs that the consolidated value
of sales for the first half has been estimated to be PLN 25.4 million, in which the estimated sales for the 2nd quarter amount to
PLN 13.1 million.
Moreover, in association to the current report 14/2020 of 29 June 2020, the Management Board of the Company hereby informs that
according to information presented in the report, the value of funds used by the Company, based on the
credit contract, amounted to PLN 12.5 million as of June 30th, 2020, and according to the information obtained, own funds
in the CI GAMES Capital Group amounted to PLN 12.8 million. As such, the net cash position of the
CI GAMES Capital Group amounted to net PLN 0.3 million as of June 30th, 2020.
Legal basis: art. 17 section 1 in association with art. 7 section 1 of the Regulation (EU)
No. 5 96/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16th, 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
