CITY INTERACTVE S.A. will be releasing games for the Xbox 360 video console The Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A.
hereby informs that on December 14, 2009 it received a counter-signed license agreement concluded with Microsoft for the production and releasing of games for the Xbox 360® video console (Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft®).
The Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. estimates that revenue from the sale of video games under the agreement may exceed the level of 10% of the amount of the Company’s equity. The Issuer’s Management Board deems the agreement strategic.
The Xbox 360® video console is presently one of the most popular video games platform in the world. In the coming year, CITY INTERACTIVE S.A. intends to market 3 games for this platform. Xbox, Xbox 360, and Xbox LIVE are trademarks of the Microsoft group.
