Subject: Appointment of Management Boar members of CI Games S.A. for the new term of office

The Management Board of Cl Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company")
hereby informs that on 3 rd June 2022, the Supervisory Board of the Company, in connection with the
end of the current term of office of the Management Board, on the date of the Annual General
Meeting of CI Games S.A. approving the financial statements for the financial year 2021, adopted a
resolution on the appointment of:

1. Mr. Marek Tymiński for a new, five-year term of office, entrusting him with the position of
the President of the Management Board and

2. Mr. David Broderick entrusting him with the function of the Vice-President of the
Management Board.

The BIO’s of the appointed members of the Company's Management Board are available on the
Company's website (https://www.cigames.com/en/investor-relations/management-and-supervisory-
board/).
The new, joint, five-year term of office of the Management Board will begin after the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders of the Company approving the Company's financial statements for 2021.

The Company informs that none of the members of the Management Board conducts any activity
competitive to the Company, is not a partner in a competitive civil partnership or a partnership, or a
member of a competitive capital company or a member of a body of any other competitive legal
entity, and has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept on the basis of the Act
on the National Court Register.

Ms Monika Rumianek will remain in the position of HR Director.

current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as
equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item
757).
