List of shareholders entitled to over 5% of votes at the EGM of the Company Management Board of CITY INTERACTIVE S.A.
hereby communicates the list of shareholders entitled to at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, which was convened on August 12, 2009:
1. Mr Marek Tymiński – having 7,233,704 votes at the EGM, constituting 84.6% of votes at the EGM and 57.69% of the total number of votes.
2. PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. managing funds of PKO/CREDIT SUISSE – having a total number of 667,030 votes at the EGM, constituting 7.79% of votes at the EGM and 5.32% of the total number of votes.
3. Mr Michał Sokolski – having 480,000 votes at the EGM, constituting 5.61% of votes at the EGM and 3.83% of the total number of votes.
