Today the Management Board of the Company received the confirmation that the other party signed the abovementioned agreement.

The distribution of SGWC on the United States market will be carried out directly by a subsidiary – CI Games USA Inc. – that will also be managing the distribution of SGWC in Canada and in South America markets.

The Company’s Management Board found it reasonable to classify this information as confidential within the meaning of art. 17(1) of the MAR Regulation.

Legal basis: art. 17(1) as read with 7(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) no. 596/2014 of April 16, 2014, concerning market abuse regulation (MAR).
