The Management Board of City Interactive S.A. hereby communicates the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the OGM which was convened on 30 June 2010. : IDEA TFI S.A. managing the IDEA Y CLOSE-END FUND OF NON-PUBLIC ASSETS with its seat in Warsaw, holding 219,000 votes constituting 16.530% of the total number of votes and the OGM and 1.731% of the share capital of City Interactive S.A.

AVIVA INVESTORS POLAND S.A. with its seat in Warsaw, managing the following funds: AVIVA INVESTORS OPEN-END FUND AI SUBFUND OF STABLE GROWTH, AVIVA INVESTORS OPEN-END FUND AI SUBFUND OF CAPITAL PROTECTION PLUS, AVIVA INVESTORS OPEN-END FUND AI BALANCED SUBFUND, AVIVA INVESTORS OPEN-END FUND AI SMALL COMPANIES SUBFUND, AVIVA INVESTORS OPEN-END FUND AI NEW COMPANIES SUBFUND, AVIVA INVESTORS OPEN-END FUND AI MODERN TECHNOLOGIES SUBFUND holding a total of 696,568 votes constituting 52.575% of the total number of votes at the OGM and 5.506% of the share capital of City Interactive S.A.
